Overview
RefStack ("we", "our", or "us") is a soccer referee toolkit developed by RDZ Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the RefStack mobile application on iOS and Android.
Information We Collect
- Account information — Your email address and name, collected when you sign in via Firebase Authentication or Sign in with Apple.
- Usage data — App interactions, feature usage, and session information collected via Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the app is used.
- Crash reports — Diagnostic data collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix bugs.
- Purchase information — Subscription status and transaction history managed via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details directly.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate and maintain your account
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
- To manage your subscription and access to premium features
- To understand how features are being used so we can improve the product
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
RefStack uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, analytics, and crash reporting
- RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management
- Apple Sign In — Optional authentication on iOS
Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at admin@refstack.app.
Children's Privacy
RefStack is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
